Mr. Shankar will provide strategic advice focused on technology software services and outsourcing for CIOs, CTOs and vendor organisations around the world, including cutting edge developments such as in the use of AI in network efficiency, sustainability and security.

For more than 30 years, Bhawani has worked across the Communications, Media, Entertainment and, more recently, in FMCG and Oil & Gas industries on business improvement – as an executive, advisor as well as provider. His technology focus has been on Datacentre/Cloud Migration, Enterprise Services, Customer Operations as well as Product Engineering and Launch for technology, marketing and CIO functions.
When at Gartner, he pioneered research into core infrastructure, networking and digital development and published more than 50 major pieces of research; he also helped launch new research services with a vertical industry focus. He has been speaker at industry events including Gartner Symposia, Summits and major events including the Mobile Congress in Barcelona.
Following his stint at Gartner, Bhawani went on to lead global business teams with complete P&L ownership at HCL Technologies, Cognizant and most recently at Wipro.
He has also also worked closely with leading global network vendors and service providers, helping them in Enterprise Services, Go-to-market and Product & Service Propositions.
