At Gartner, he authored several hundred Gartner reports on enterprise networking, network services and network security, including multiple Magic Quadrants, vendor ratings, cool vendors, hype cycles and RFP templates. He also served as Agenda Manager for the Networking and Communications agenda for 8 years.
