Mr. Care has 30 years in the IT industry, including launching a nationwide internet service provider in the UK and has worked at Sun Microsystems, Visa Europe, and Verisign.
Mr. Care has worked in forensic computing for many years and has testified in court as an expert witness. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society. Care is frequently quoted in the media, including NPR, BBC, and mainstream media outlets in addition to specialist cybersecurity & technology media outlets, and is also a columnist for Dark Reading.
During his time at Gartner, he authored a variety of leading market research and is credited with the definition of the Fraud market, the Identity Verification market, and the creation Insider Risk Management. In addition, Mr Care coached startups, small and medium size vendors with successful results.
